How it Works:
The process is simple. We'll schedule a 1-on-1 call with you to see if you qualify for the program. If so, we'll help you gather the needed documents, and then we'll submit your application to get you pre-approved. Once approved, you'll have the greenlight to find the home or condo of your choice!
About the Founder
Zahkiyah Jordan is a 28-year-old mom, real estate agent, and licensed Mortgage Loan Officer. Based in Southern California, she has helped countless women to become homeowners and also to fix their current home loan situations. She comments, "Because women—especially single moms—are often overlooked in the homebuying process, I aim to provide the guidance, support, and resources they need to become confident, empowered homeowners."
